leadership development

Objectives

 Goals & Objectives

  • It exists to help Christian women leaders accurately identify and pursue with intent, their calling, taking their place in whatever arena God calls them to occupy, be it in the local assembly, the home, or the social/business/political marketplace.
  • It also seeks to help these leaders further develop excellent leadership skills and abilities, as well as the right character and nature fit for their Christ-given ambassadorial mandate.
  • It furthermore seeks to help them gain the right mentoring skills so that they can peer-mentor as well as mentor others they have influence with.
  • It provides a forum for the practice and use of individual graces, giftings, anointings and exhortations for the profit of all.
  • It intends to raise up an apostolic and prophetic covenant community and a mighty Joel Army of women leaders (able to keep rank and battle formation) for the overthrow of the works of darkness, the declaration of the Good News and the establishment of Kingdom culture and order, changing the landscape of communities devoid of godly life.

Company of Women pursues its Objectives Through:

  4. Networking amongst its membership and with other networks
  5. Being a part of what God is doing globally, nationally and in precision with his prophetic timeline
  6. Accurate positioning for watchman ministry and intercession, discerning and accessing divine resources and anointings for prophetic fulfilment of the Word over nations
